If you're looking for some  book's  that you would want to  read over and over again, then check out Boys are Dogs and Girls acting Catty by Leslie Margolis.  In Boys are Dogs, you'll meet a girl named Annabelle who lives in the sunny California. Her whole life changes when her mom moves in with her boyfriend and Annabelle has to move in with her. She has to go to a new school, deal with some annoying boys who try to make her life miserable, and along the way she meets some new friends.

In Girls acting Catty, Annabelle has to deal with mean girls, her mom getting married, shaving her legs, wearing a bra and getting along with her cute stepbrother-to be.

My 14th Birthday Photo Shoot

Happy Belated Birthday to me!!!! It was awesome and fun because my mom surprised me with a photo shoot at Glamour Shots!! I had so much fun being a model. Getting my makeup done and being a model for the day. Afterwards we went to my Nan's house to have cake, then my step-dad picked us up and we went to Olive Garden. All in all it was an excellent day!! Enjoy the pics from my photo shoot!!

It's My B-day! Wahoo!

Tomorow's my birthday and I'm so excited and anxious because I'll be 14 years old! Here are some of the things I might get.

1. A Fanfiction Account. Origanaly, Mom said that I could post my stories here, but since my stories are super awesome, that she might give me permission to get my own account on Fanfiction.net. (At least I think she is. I'm crossing my fingers and toes.)
2. A new Nintendo DS. I'm going to take good care of it because either it broke or it was used.
3. A bunch of CD's.
4. A Nintendo Wii.

Tommorow, It will be a Happy Birthday to me. Yeah. What time is it? B-day Time!

Sassy's Tips For Back to School

Summer vacation is about to come to a end and you know what that means. A new school year for some  pepole (lucky for me, I'm homeschooled). Don't freak out, because Sassy is here to give you some tips for back to school.

1.  Try to meet your teachers and  if you have an LD(learning disability), don't feel embarrassed to tell the teacher.Maybe she'll let you write your assignments on  your laptop(if you have one).
2. Strike up a conversation with one of your classmates. Who knows, you might have a BFF in your class.
3. Join a club and make some new friends that like the same thing you like. There are thousands of clubs at school, including a drama club and student council(maybe you could be the president of your grade and make some good, positive changes).
4. Every school has a mean girl. If she's picking on you, ignore her comments(and if she's really irksome, tell a teacher. If that doesn't work, tell your parents and they will take care of the  mean girl). Do all of the above, but if she's still picking on you, it's time for Operation TBK (Total Butt-Kicking).
5. Be organized for classes. Get some portfolios and folders to keep your stuff (If you are one of those kids that are kind of slobby, ask your parents to get you some folders).
6. Get a jump start on your school's reading list(if your school doesn't have a  list, you can get  some books that you like from the school library).
7. If you have an anger problem, go to the dean, the assistant principal or the principal herself. They are very helpful for these situations.
8. If the food at the cafeteria is unhealthy, BYOLB(bring your own  lunch bag) and if you like the cafeteria food but you want it be healthier, ask the principal to change the food.
9. If you have a problem with math or any subject, see a tutor to help you.

What I did on the 4th of July

Happy Independence Day! I'm going to tell you what I did  for the 4th of July. My mom and my stepdad were going to do a barbeque, but sadly, my stepdad had to go to Puerto Rico for a family emergancy. But, as people in the theater say, the show must go on. So, my mom and I improvised by cooking burgers and hot dogs and we had a fireworks show. My mom burned her fingers a few times, but my grandmother was there and  we had a good time! What did you do on the 4th of July? Bye Bye!

The Coolest Bakugan Ability Ever

You know episode 70 of  Bakugan New Vestroia called Gone,Gone,Bakugan when Dan has to save Drago  from Spectra? Anyway, Dan uses this Ability Card that transforms Apolloneir(one of the six Ancient Bakugan Warriors) into pure energy(in the form of a trident) and throws it into the Perfect Core to save Drago and New Vestroia. It was so cool, that I'm going to use that power in one of my stories all about Shugo Chara meeting Bakugan and having these awesome adventures and doing a new kind of transformaiton called Bakugan Transformation(Which is kind of like Character Transformation, only with Bakugan). Dan could transform with Apolloneir and use that trident as a weapon. I'll post some of my stories here, but for now, that was me talking about the Coolest Bakugan Ability Ever!  Untill now, this is Sassy Simone, signing out.

The Beacon Street Girls Book Review

If you want to book That Does not Have Any nasty stuff, try the Beacon Street Girls. These books are all about the Lives of five girls with Different Personalities and Their try to make dreams come true and deal with everyday Their Lives at home and at school. The girl's names are Katani Summers, Charlotte Ramsey, Maeve Kaplan-Taylor, Avery Maden and  Isabel Martinez. They try Their best in school and deal with everyday Things like divorce, mean girls and problems at school. What's cool about the BSG Is That Different Each girl has a personality. Katani loves to make clothes and her dream is to be a CEO of her own fashion company, Charlotte Has Been around the world and likes to write a lot of interesting stuff about her experience (She's Also a klutz), Maeve is the drama queen and Wants to be famous (like me), Avery is a complete tomboy (soccer, basketball, skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, you name it) and she loves animals and likes to hang with boys and Isabel likes to draw cartoons and loves birds. There is Also a dog named Marty and he's the mascot BSG. The books Have lot's of romance, drama, cleberties, A Few surprises and adventure. I Give The Beacon Street Girls books a thumbs up. Anime Voiceover Contest

OK, this will be fun. All you gotta do for this contest is have a YouTube account. Make a anime voicever using shows from Nick  and Disney Channel. Here are some examples:

Here are the rules:

It has to be  fun and creative

No anime or other shows that are inappropriate. If you do, you're disqualified from the contest

You can use any show from Nick or Disney Channel, but no cartoons like Spongebob or Phineas and Ferb. Just sitcoms like Victorious and iCarly.

School Gyrls

   

If you seen the Movie School Gyrls on Nickelodeon or Teen Nick, I saw a little bit of the movie on demand on cable. It's all about 3 boarding school girls  named  Mandy, Monica and Jouqe who form their own  pop group. In real life, they are a real pop group with a CD and everything.

The Pros:
They stick together like friends would do
Mandy has a funky style like me
The costumes are cute

The Cons:
The skirts that they wear are too short (check out my mom's blog on why skirts and stuff like that is a no no)
Some of their songs talk all about boys and relationships.
That's what I have to say all about  School Gyrls.

Ten Reasons Why I like Dan Kuso from Bakugan

You know that guy from the Bakugan anime series,  Dan Kuso? Here are 10 reasons why he's my favorite anime guy.

1. His fashion sense is super cool.
2. He is kind of gross in a cute way(see episodes 2 and 6  of Bakugan: New Vestroia and you'll see what I mean).
3. He's kind of a klutz
4. He's a great teacher to Baron(no wonder  he's a big fan)
5. He's the lady's man( in  other words, he has no fear when talking to girls)
6. He and Amu from Shugo Chara would get along.
7. He's a role model and has great speeches
8. If He was in school, He would   be the most popular guy in school.
9.  He's entegetic and never gives up
10. He resembles a  lot of celeberties( for example, Zac Efron, Kendall from Big Time Rush, Freddie Benson from iCarly, Matt Shivley from True Jackson,VP   and Leon Thomas.)

The Ten Reasons Why I like Bakugan

Ok, you know that show on Cartoon Network, The Bakugan Batle Brawlers? Even though I'm a girl, I love this anime show.  "Why?" you may ask. Well, my friends, here are 10 reasons why.

1. It's very action packed.
2. It's better than Pokemon(no offense to all of you Pokemon fans, but that's my opinon.)
3. The guys have really cool personalities.
4. The girl's fashions are really over the top and super funky.
5. This show has not one, but two love intrests.
6. The Bakugan have a lot of cool and awesome powers.
7. It has a lot of drama.
8. It's my favorite show secondary to Shugo Chara.
9. The guys and girls resembele a lot of celeberties. 
10. It's very  fun to watch  and it has a lot of  frienship between the humans and the Bakugan.

And that is why I love Bakugan.

Introducing Me: Sassy Simone

Hey, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sassy Simone and this is a blog all about what  I think about movies , video games, tv shows, books and, of course, my passion, anime, as well as anything else that comes to my mind. Here are a few  things to know about me:

I'm 13 years old , and have Cerebal Palsy, which means that something happened to my brain when I was little. I'm not the only person that has this problem, so don't be afraid if you have CP.

When I grow up, I want to be a pastry chef and have my own amusement park(kind of like Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. Yummy or as Rachel Ray would say, Yum-o.)

I've met Henry Winkler (you know, The Fonz from Happy Days). He was super nice to me and gave me an autographed book and  I even have a photo of him and I (which I will post later).

I love to  make stories which I will post on this blog. I also love baking cookies and other sweet treats, watching t.v, playing video games, and going to the mall. I guess all and all I'm just a normal teen.
